Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

New Battery / ADP supplier enablement and E2E quality management Work with RD/GCM/NPI/PQE and supplier for new project launch successfully and good quality control (qualification/ ramp up etc.) Supplier process management and safety management, shipment judgment and continues improvement with KPI driven ODM box-line and field part quality issue handling Regular (Monthly/quarterly/yearly) / Special (issue/process) supplier audit, and QBR/RFQ support Production capacity/supply support in terms of quality

Requirement:

Minimum 5 years' experience in Battery and ADP industry Bachelor or above of electronic engineering or related Be familiar with Battery / ADP assembly and testing process / FA / quality control / reliability test. Strong data analysis and trouble-shooting skill. Good knowledge of quality system, ISO9000/14000, Strong experience in supplier & process qualification. Skillful in new project management. Good Communication & Interpersonal skills; self-motivated, quick learner, good computer and presentation skill. Good in English both in speaking and reading.
