to join our production team. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining power press machines to produce precision metal components. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of die alignment, machine maintenance, and strict adherence to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation:
Set up and operate mechanical/hydraulic power presses
Die Fitting:
Install, align, and lock specialized dies into the press; perform test runs to ensure parts meet specifications.
Quality Control:
Inspect finished parts using measuring tools like Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure accuracy.
Maintenance:
Perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs; troubleshoot mechanical issues during production.
Material Handling:
Load raw materials (sheets/coils) into the machine and manage the removal of scrap metal.
Safety Compliance:
Strictly follow all safety guidelines, including the use of guards and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
