Job Title: POWER PRESS OPERATOR (WASHER MACHINE & DIE HANDLING)

Location: Bawana, Delhi

Work Hours: 09:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Distance: Within 10 km radius

DEPARTMENT- PRODUCTION /MANUFACTURING

REPORTING TO - PRODUCTION SUPERVISIOR/ PLANT MANAGER

Competitive salary in the range of INR 15,000 to 25,000. (Negotiable based on interview presentation and experience.)

Responsibilities:

Operate Power Press and Washer Machine safely and efficiently. Carefully fit, set up, and maintain the Die (mold/tooling) in the machine. Check Die and Washer Machine before starting production (safety, lubrication, alignment, etc.). Maintain quality standards during production and separate defective pieces. Ensure proper handling and cleaning of Dies to avoid damage. Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of the machine and work area. Immediately report any machine breakdown or Die-related issue to the Supervisor. Follow all safety guidelines (PPE, machine guards, etc.).
Requirements:

Minimum 10th pass / ITI (Fitter, Turner, Operator preferred). 1-3 years of experience operating Power Press / Washer Machine. Knowledge of Die fitting and handling is essential. Basic knowledge of machine safety and measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer). Ability to work attentively and responsibly.
Working Conditions:

Ability to work in shifts. Physical fitness to handle heavy tools and Dies. Ability to work long hours on the production floor.
