Job Title: : Power Platform/Power Apps Developer
Experience: 6-8 Years
Mode of Hire : Fulltime
Role Overview:
Need an experienced Power Platform MS Consultant with hands-on expertise in PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint. The candidate should have experience in building scalable business applications and process automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The role also requires experience with SharePoint development and migration, along with a good understanding of its integration with Power Platform tools.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement business applications using Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Customize and develop SharePoint Online/On-Premises solutions including workflows, site structures, web parts, and integrations.
• Migrate legacy SharePoint solutions to modern SharePoint/Power Platform frameworks.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure services.
• Build custom connectors and utilize premium connectors when required.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI with advanced DAX and data modelling.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirements and solution delivery.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience in PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven apps)
• Power Automate (cloud flows, approval flows, integration with MS 365/Teams/Outlook/SharePoint)
• Power BI (report creation, data modelling, DAX)
• Microsoft Dataverse / CDS
• SharePoint Online and On-Premises (Development, Customization, Migration)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Good-to-Have / Preferred Skills:

• Power Virtual Agents
• Experience with ALM and solution lifecycle management in Power Platform
• Basic knowledge of Dynamics 365
