Key Responsibilities
Architect end-to-end solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Dynamics 365
Define solution architecture, integration patterns, and security model
Lead Dynamics 365 (Sales, Service, Finance/SCM) implementations
Integrate with Azure services, APIs, and third-party systems
Establish ALM, CI/CD, governance, and best practices
Guide developers, review designs, ensure performance & scalability
Stakeholder engagement, technical roadmap, and solution estimation
Required Skills
Strong expertise in Power Platform & Dynamics 365
Dataverse, model-driven & canvas apps
Power Automate (cloud & desktop flows)
Power BI (data modeling, DAX, security)
Azure (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management)
Security, licensing, and compliance knowledge
DevOps, Git, CI/CD for Power Platform
Experience & Qualifications
8-12+ years in Microsoft ecosystem
3+ years as Solution/Technical Architect
Dynamics 365 end-to-end project leadership
Microsoft certifications (Power Platform / Dynamics / Azure) - preferred
