Your role

Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform

, especially:

Power BI

for building interactive dashboards and data visualizations.

Power Apps

for developing low-code business applications.

Power Automate

for automating workflows and integrating services. A solid understanding of the

Microsoft Dataverse

, including data modeling, relationships, and security roles. Experience in

connecting and transforming data

from various sources, both cloud and on-premises. Familiarity with

Microsoft Fabric

or a willingness to learn emerging technologies in the Microsoft data ecosystem. Ability to

design scalable, maintainable solutions

that align with business needs and governance standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a user-centric mindset. Experience working in

agile environments

, collaborating with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders. A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for

learning new tools and features

within the Power Platform and broader Microsoft ecosystem.

To succeed, you will need

Proven track record of delivering high-quality, secure technology changes that meet complex technical requirements and architectures. Experienced in end-to-end testing to ensure delivered solutions/services are scalable, maintainable, and meet user needs. Demonstrable experience developing and/or configuring relevant data, integration, and other relevant technologies (e.g. DataVerse, Databricks). Demonstrable experience with DevOps tooling to automate development and deployment processes desirable (e.g. CICD). Hands-on experience in relevant programming languages (e.g. DAX), and other frameworks to deliver change. Deep engineering expertise in one or more technical domains (e.g., data engineering, integrations, Cloud), demonstrated with relevant technical certifications where applicable (e.g. Power Platform Fundamentals). Experience working in Agile and Waterfall development environments.
