Position Summary:

Junior Power Platform Developer with at least a years\' Power Platform development experience. This position is responsible for creating and supporting useful, well-designed, user-friendly applications, websites workflows, and databases to automate and improve business processes across the company, utilizing Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, InfoPath etc. This role would suit a Junior Developer who with limited experience is looking to focus solely on power Platform development and support and work with the development lead to upskill and progress within a newly formed Power Platform team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help to shape the strategy, architecture, platform and standards for the Power Platform
• Support the Power Platform COE and Governance structure as per global best practices
• Work with the team to transform business requirements into reusable/manageable solutions
• Support the life-cycle management from design through post-implementation.
• Helps to Design, codes, tests, and implements new application programs and/or modifies existing programs.

Key Skills/ Qualifications:

• 1 years of relevant experience in application development, including Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, SharePoint, InfoPath
• Must be self-motivated with a very clear understanding of service and delivery
• Ability to take ownership and stay with a query until full resolution
• A good communicator with empathy for users Calm, positive and resourceful, especially when under pressure Able to handle multiple issues, together with good organizational and planning skills
• Ability to prioritise work load
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Well-presented and articulate, Excellent time management, Hands on with a can do attitude
• Being a team player, sharing information, documentation and experience with the rest of the team
