Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).

Automate business processes using Power Automate and Cloud Flows, integrating with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and third-party APIs.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with governance and security standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform solutions.

Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and contribute to best practices within the team.

Engage in regular stakeholder meetings, providing updates, managing expectations, and incorporating feedback into solution design.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Power Platform technologies, especially Power Apps, Power Automate, and Cloud Flows.

Strong understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Azure connectors.

Experience with custom connectors, PowerShell, and REST APIs is a plus.

Proficient in solution architecture, data modeling, and UI/UX design within Power Apps.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.

Microsoft certifications in Power Platform (e.g., PL-400, PL-600) are a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹120,000.00 per month
