Role Summary

We are hiring a

Power Platform Developer

with 3-5 years of experience to design, build, and support solutions on

Power Apps, Power Automate (including PAD)

and

Dataverse

. The role involves hands-on development of apps and flows, basic Azure integration, and working closely with senior engineers and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Application & Flow Development

Develop and maintain

Canvas/Model-driven Power Apps

based on business requirements. Build and enhance

Power Automate cloud flows

and

Power Automate Desktop (PAD) flows

for process automation. Configure connections to Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and other connectors.

Dataverse Configuration

Configure Dataverse tables, columns, views, forms, business rules, and security roles with guidance. Support data migration and basic performance tuning activities.

UI & Custom Logic

Implement client-side logic and UI enhancements using

JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

(with support from senior team members). Work on form customizations and basic PCF usage (nice to have).

ALM & Power Platform Pipelines

Support setup and usage of

Power Platform Pipelines

for solution promotion across environments. Package and deploy solutions under the guidance of a senior developer/architect.

Azure & Integrations

Assist in provisioning and managing

Azure resources

(Resource Groups, basic App Services, etc.) needed for Power Platform solutions. Work with APIs and connectors for integrations (REST, Azure Functions - good to have).

Quality & Documentation

Write clean, maintainable configurations and flows with clear comments and documentation. Support unit testing, defect fixing, and production support activities.

Collaboration

Collaborate with BAs, testers, and senior developers to refine requirements and implement solutions. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and demos.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

3-5 years and 5-7 years

of total experience in software/application development, with at least

2+ or 4+ years on Microsoft Power Platform

. Hands-on experience with: Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven) Power Automate (cloud flows) Basic

Power Automate Desktop (PAD)

scenarios Dataverse configuration (tables, forms, views, security) Working knowledge of

JavaScript, HTML, CSS

for basic customizations. Exposure to

Power Platform Pipelines

or ALM concepts (even if guided by senior members). Basic familiarity with

Azure

(understanding of Resource Groups, subscriptions, and app hosting concepts). Good problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and debug flows and apps. Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Good-to-Have

Experience with

SharePoint, SQL, or other data sources

used with Power Platform. Experince in

Blue prism Migration.

Experience with

Power Pages / Portals

or PCF. Exposure to

Azure DevOps / Git

for work tracking and version control. * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
