Job Title: Software Engineer - Power Platform (Payments Customer Servicing)

Work Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore (Hybrid - 2 days WFO per week)

Experience Required: 5-10 years

CTC Range:

5-8 years: Max ?22-23 LPA

9-12 years: Max ?31 LPA

Develop scalable applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), .NET, SQL Server, and Pega. Build high-quality, maintainable solutions for both cloud (Azure, AWS) and on-premises deployments, adhering to secure and compliant design principles. Integrate APIs and automation workflows using Power Automate and cloud-native services. Troubleshoot complex deployment/environment issues and optimize system reliability. Implement comprehensive testing and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, with a focus on payment processing and enterprise integrations. Apply AI/analytics to optimize workflows and enhance system intelligence. Collaborate with architects and SMEs to prototype scalable enterprise-grade solutions. Maintain architectural artifacts, reference models, and documentation. Implement observability and monitoring solutions for system health tracking.
Candidate Profile:

5-10 years of experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), .NET, SQL Server. Strong background in database design, schema optimization, and secure development. Proficiency in CI/CD, API design, and system integration. Experience in payments domain and familiarity with compliance/security best practices. Working knowledge of monitoring tools and analytics-driven development. Prior exposure to Pega will be an added advantage.
