Change & Training Lead -- Analytics Adoption (Power BI & Power Platform)

Role purpose

Drive adoption for the new P&L analytics, supporting sales/finance users and developers across

Power BI

and

Power Platform

, with enablement for optional

embedded Power BI in Salesforce

.

Responsibilities

Create and execute change, comms and role-based training plans (consumers, analysts, developers, admins). Develop learning assets (how-to guides, short videos, clinics/office hours),

Centre-of-Excellence

playbook, and champions network. Coach teams on operating model shifts (Fabric pipelines replacing manual CSVs; certified datasets; governed workspaces). Introduce

Power Platform

enablement:

Power Automate

alerts/approvals,

Power Apps

for controlled data capture, best-practice templates and governance. Define adoption KPIs and feedback loops; coordinate UAT, readiness and hypercare.

Essential experience

Leading change on data/BI transformations with Salesforce and finance stakeholders. Excellent facilitation/content design; measuring adoption and benefits realisation.

Desirable

* PROSCI/ACMP; accessibility and inclusive design; experience enabling Power Platform citizen development safely.
