Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power Platform and a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance and Life and Annuities Insurance. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that drive business success and societal impact.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable solutions using Power Platform to meet business requirements in the insurance domain. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Property & Casualty Insurance and Life and Annuities Insurance projects. Develop and maintain architectural documentation to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure successful project delivery. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of solutions. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all architectural designs and implementations. Optimize system performance and reliability through continuous monitoring and improvement. Lead the integration of Power Platform solutions with existing systems and third-party applications. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of architectural solutions to identify areas for improvement. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Drive the adoption of best practices in architecture and development across the organization. Contribute to the company's purpose by delivering solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of Power Platform and its components including Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI. Demonstrate expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance and Life and Annuities Insurance domains. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Show proficiency in architectural design and documentation. Have experience in integrating systems and applications.
