Job Description

Role - SharePoint Admin & Power Platform Admin
Required Skills & Experience:
Technical Expertise
Deep knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture and administration. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for SharePoint Online.
Experience with Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.
Problem-Solving
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex issues.
Ability to work under pressure and resolve critical incidents promptly.
Collaboration
Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to mentor junior engineers and share best practices.
Security & Compliance
Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements. Configure and monitor data loss prevention (DLP), retention policies, and audit logs.
Manage permissions and enforce least-privilege access principles.
Integration & Automation
Develop and maintain Power Automate flows and PowerShell scripts for automation.
Integrate SharePoint Online with other Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform).
Support custom solutions using SPFx and REST APIs.
Certifications (Preferred)
Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert. Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator or equivalent.
