Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targeted sales growth within the assigned area. Market Analysis : Conduct market research and analysis to identify white space for channel development, Key accounts, growing segment identification, week market development, bulk business and competitor activities. Use this information to adjust strategies and approach accordingly. Channel Management : Nurture relationships with existing channel partners, providing them with support, training, conflict management and resources to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets. Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners in white space, ensuring alignment with company goals & additional business generation. Sales Forecasting and Reporting : Track lead generation, business health index of zone, monthly order bookings & Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports. Analyzing sales data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for any support required for the assigned territory. Promotional Activities : Plan and coordinate promotional activities and marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and promote product offerings effectively * Performance Evaluation : Evaluate the performance of the channel partners, monthly MOM Signup & its adherence tracking, providing feedback and performance improvement plans as needed.
