2. Technical Skills Technically proficient with a solid understanding of product specifications and applications. Ability to provide solutions on AutoCAD, space planning, noise considerations, installation, and commissioning.
3. Commercial Skills Ability to develop technical proposals aligned with customer needs. Strong understanding of solution selling and expertise in proposing quotations based on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
4. Stakeholder Management Ability to work closely with consultants, MEPs, and customers, ensuring effective pre- and post-tender discussions. Proficiency in communicating techno-commercial solutions and influencing customer decisions on product specifications and sizing.
5. Market Research & Analysis Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
