Leading Powergen application engineering teams for either of segment (ULHP/LHP or MHP or HHP or SPL Projects) Responsible for end to end platform / project delivery, which includes Mechanical design (Cooling , Intake , Exhaust , Base frame , Coupling , Canopy) , Electrical design (Main alternator selection , Panel , Wiring harness and etc) , Controls system selection such as GCU and etc This roles also requires to liason between segment sales / marketing team & GOEM for new projects and current project Need to build strong relationship with CFT such as PMO , SCM , Manufacturing , Quality to ensure on time execution of projects Need to lead the project within engineering , such as ensuring internal project alignment between base engine , NVH , Analysis and testing Should be capable of leading team of 10 to 15 * Mange segment budget such as capex and revenue
