Power Electronics Engineer

Design and develop power electronic systems for electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, and advanced automotive applications.

Responsibilities:

Develop converters, inverters, and motor drive systems.

Optimize efficiency, thermal management, and reliability of EV powertrain electronics.

Collaborate with hardware/software teams for integration and validation.

Ensure compliance with

ISO 26262, IEC, and automotive safety standards

.

Requirements:

Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.

Exp 5 + Years

Strong knowledge of semiconductors, IGBTs, MOSFETs, SiC/GaN devices.

Experience with simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink, PSpice).

Hands-on with testing, debugging, and EMC compliance.

Preferred: Exposure to battery management systems, fast-charging tech, and renewable energy integration.
