Role Overview



This role is designed for

high-potential fresh engineering graduates

who are eager to build a

long-term career in renewable energy consulting

.

As a Graduate Engineer, you will work directly with

senior consultants and domain experts

, gaining

hands-on exposure

to real-world projects, client deliverables, and multidisciplinary engineering assignments in the renewable energy sector.

Candidate is expected to make presentation to clients hence experience of Presentation is very essential.



Key Responsibilities



Assist in preparation of

Feasibility Studies, Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), and Techno-Commercial Analyses

for renewable energy projects. Support

energy yield analysis, performance benchmarking, and cost estimation

using industry-standard tools and methodologies. Prepare

technical documentation, presentations, spreadsheets, and client-ready reports

under guidance of senior consultants. Conduct

research on renewable energy technologies, regulatory frameworks, government policies, and market trends

.

Participate in project site visits on an as-required basis

, depending on project needs (this is not a daily or full-time site role)*.
Site visits are undertaken to support

data collection, surveys, inspections, and practical understanding of projects

. The role offers a

balanced mix of office-based (desktop) analytical work and selective on-site exposure

, enabling strong practical learning. Attend

internal project review meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs

to build consulting and engineering competencies. Learn real-world project execution practices through

hands-on involvement in live assignments across solar, wind, hydro, and hybrid projects

.

Candidate Profile



Education



B.E. / B.Tech in

Electrical, Mechanical or Energy Engineering

First Class or minimum 7.00 CGPA to apply

Experience



Freshers welcome

Strong academic foundation and analytical thinking expected

Skills



Numerical and analytical aptitude Working knowledge of

MS Excel, PowerPoint, and report writing

Clear communication and teamwork ability

Compensation & Performance-Linked Growth



Training period for fresher:

?12,500 per month during initial training period for freshers. Training period for freshers will be two months.

Post-Review Compensation:

Salary revision based on

performance evaluation, learning progress, and role readiness

Revised Salary for fresher:

Minimum ?20,000 per month upon successful completion of the two-month performance review.

Compensation for Experience candidates -

will depend on interview outcome and previous salary
