Job Description

As a Power BI Expert, you will play a key role in analyzing business performance and visualizing data to inform strategic decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, E-commerce, Finance, and Operations to convert raw data into meaningful insights through dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for various departments (sales, marketing campaigns, website analytics, product performance, etc.) Connect to data sources like Shopify, Amazon, Nykaa, ERP systems, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager Translate business requirements into data models and dashboards Automate reporting processes to reduce manual intervention and improve accuracy Conduct data validation and troubleshoot reporting issues Collaborate with teams to identify KPIs and develop visualizations that track performance Interpret trends and provide insights and recommendations to improve business performance Support ad-hoc data requests from leadership.

Requirements

7+ years of experience working with Power BI in a fast-paced, product-focused environment (FMCG or beauty industry preferred) Strong understanding of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling Experience with data integration from multiple platforms (Shopify, Amazon, GA4, etc.) Knowledge of SQL and experience handling large datasets Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to present data in a clear, intuitive, and actionable manner High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
