Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled

PL/SQL / QlikView / Power BI Specialist

with strong analytical and data visualization expertise to support

business intelligence and reporting needs

across insurance business functions.
The role involves designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining

data models, dashboards, and reports

to enable data-driven decision-making.

Key ResponsibilitiesPL/SQL & Database Management

Design, develop, and optimize

Oracle PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and views

Write and tune

complex SQL queries

for performance optimization Perform

data extraction, transformation, and validation

from multiple source systems Ensure

data accuracy, integrity, and consistency

across reporting layers

QlikView Development

Develop and maintain

QlikView dashboards, reports, and data models

Create efficient

QlikView load scripts

for data loading and transformation Optimize QlikView applications for

performance and scalability

Work closely with business users to translate requirements into

analytical dashboards

Power BI Development

Design and develop

interactive Power BI dashboards and reports

Create and optimize

DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs

Implement

data modeling, relationships, and Row-Level Security (RLS)

Integrate Power BI with multiple data sources including

Oracle and SQL databases

Business Intelligence & Analytics

Understand insurance business metrics such as

policy, premium, claims, underwriting, and renewals

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver

actionable insights

Support

ad-hoc reporting

and data analysis requests Ensure compliance with

data governance, security, and regulatory standards

Support & Documentation

Provide

production support

, perform root cause analysis, and resolve issues Maintain

technical documentation

for dashboards, reports, and data models Support

UAT activities

and implement enhancements based on business feedback

Required SkillsTechnical Skills

Strong expertise in

Oracle PL/SQL & SQL

OR

Hands-on experience in

QlikView development and scripting

OR

Strong working knowledge of

Power BI, DAX, and Power Query

Experience with

data modeling and ETL concepts

Strong

performance tuning and optimization

skills

Domain & Soft Skills

Exposure to

Insurance / BFSI domain

is a strong advantage Excellent

abilities Ability to work

independently and collaboratively

in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Prior experience working in

Insurance or BFSI domain
