About The Job:

• Power BI Developers are responsible for building interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to help organizations visualize and analyze data effectively for the Newton - Gap Inc Program.

Essential Job Functions:

• Design and develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Connect various data sources and transform data using Power Query.
• Implement DAX formulas for calculated columns and measures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
• Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain documentation and support end-users.

Qualifications:
Required Skills:

• 7-15 years in software development, with 4+ years Relevant BI Experience
• Proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
• Strong knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M language).
• Strong Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, including star and snowflake schema design.
• Familiarity with data warehousing principles and ETL processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience with Azure services (e.g., Synapse, Azure Data Factory - ADF, Azure Fabric).
• Familiarity with other BI tools like Tableau or Qlik will be a plu
