Job Title: Power BI Developer (SQL)
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Onsite/Remote Options Available)

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer with strong SQL expertise to design, develop, and optimize business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into interactive dashboards, visual reports, and meaningful insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL scripts
• Connect data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Implement calculated measures, DAX queries, and KPI indicators
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
• Improve data visualization standards and ensure performance optimization
• Manage data refresh scheduling, access controls, and workspace management
• Troubleshoot BI issues and ensure timely delivery of analytics solutions
• Develop documentation for dashboards, data models, and processes

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Power BI (Power Query, Data Modelling, DAX)
• Advanced SQL experience (joins, subqueries, functions, performance tuning)
• Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
• Familiarity with data connectors (Azure, SQL Server, Excel, APIs, etc.)
• Good understanding of data visualization best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder interaction

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Data Factory, SSIS, SSRS, or Synapse
• Knowledge of Python or R for analytics (optional)
• Exposure to Agile methodologies

Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
