Job Description

We are seeking a skilled

Power BI Developer

with solid understanding of data visualization, data modeling, and report automation using

Microsoft Power BI

and related tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain

interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models

. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into efficient BI solutions. Create and optimize

DAX queries, measures, and calculated columns

for performance. Design data extraction and transformation workflows using

Power Query (M language)

. Integrate Power BI with multiple data sources (SQL Server, Excel, ERP, APIs, etc.). Implement and manage

data security, user access, and governance

in Power BI. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and visualization best practices. Collaborate with IT and data teams to improve data pipelines and automation. Support end-users by troubleshooting reports, dashboards, and data refresh issues.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience in Power BI development and data analysis. Strong proficiency in: Good understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and star/snowflake schema design. Experience with publishing reports to Power BI Service and managing workspaces. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
