10+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience in a large-scale enterprise environment. Proven track record of creating dynamic, complex dashboards and automated reporting solutions. Extensive experience building data models, DAX queries, and advanced Power BI features (row-level security, drill-throughs, bookmarks, etc.). Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of SQL and relational database systems. Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Experience with ETL/ELT tools and building automated data pipelines. Understanding of data warehousing concepts and enterprise BI architecture. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to translate complex technical insights into clear business value. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (Master's preferred).
