Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Senior Data Engineer / BI Developer

with a strong background in

ETL development, reporting, and data analytics

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with

SSIS

,

SSRS

,

Power BI

, and

Snowflake

. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust data integration and reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy ETL packages using

SSIS

to integrate data from various sources. Create and maintain dashboards and reports using

Power BI

that provide actionable insights to business users. Develop and manage

SSRS

reports for operational and strategic reporting needs. Work with

Snowflake

to build and optimize data pipelines and models for analytics and reporting. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and performance across all reporting and ETL processes. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance of ETL jobs and reports. Participate in data modeling and architecture discussions. Document technical solutions and provide support and maintenance for existing reports and data flows.

Mandatory Skills:

6+ years of experience

in data engineering, BI development, or similar roles. Strong proficiency with:

SSIS

- SQL Server Integration Services

SSRS

- SQL Server Reporting Services

Power BI

- dashboarding and data visualization

Snowflake

- cloud data warehousing, query optimization, and pipeline development Strong SQL skills - including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning. Solid understanding of

data warehousing concepts

and

ETL best practices

. Experience in working with large datasets and performance optimization.

Desirable Skills:

Experience with Azure Data Factory or other cloud ETL tools. Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for automation. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD practices. Basic understanding of data governance and security standards. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Pay: ?254,331.50 - ?1,362,379.31 per year
