Essential: experience as a Data Analyst or similar role. Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and report publishing. Advanced SQL skills for querying and data manipulation in Microsoft SQL Server or Azure SQL. Experience with Microsoft Azure Data Platform (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Desirable: Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis. Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling. Experience with Excel (advanced formulas, PowerPivot, Power Query). Exposure to Microsoft Fabric or Azure Machine Learning is a plus. Experience working in Agile environments and using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
