Location- Bangalore (WFO)
Design, develop, and maintain interactive modern Power BI reports and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights for our teams and users.
xc2xb7 Work hand-in-hand with our UX/UI designers to make sure our dashboards are not only functional but also visually appealing and easy to navigate.
xc2xb7 Ensure our dashboards load quickly and run smoothly, even with large data sets.
xc2xb7 test your work rigorously, making sure everything is accurate, stable, and user-friendly before it's shared with the team.
xc2xb7 Provide technical guidance, mentoring junior developers, and documenting processes/standards
xc2xb7 Help build a solid knowledge base by documenting your development processes and solutions for future reference.
Must have requirements:
xc2xb7 working with PowerBI for at least 5/8 years and have a portfolio of dashboards and reports to show for it.
xc2xb7 you understand the importance of good design and can collaborate with designers to make sure the data youre presenting is easy to digest and visually engaging.
xc2xb7 attention to detail - you care about creating polished, user-friendly dashboards that are both functional and beautiful.
xc2xb7 Strong understanding of ETL processes and data modeling concepts (star schemas, normalization)
xc2xb7 Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
xc2xb7 Fluent English communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
Nice to have/preferred requirements
xc2xb7 familiarity with design tools like Figma.
xc2xb7 Certifications in Power BI or Databricks
xc2xb7 Experience with Azure Data Factory and other Azure analytics services
