Job Title: Power BI Developer Department: Product Team Location: Mumbai Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 2-3 years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Developer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in data visualization and report development using Power BI. The ideal candidate should be capable of transforming raw data into actionable business insights through interactive dashboards and reports. Experience or familiarity with ERP systems will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards based on business requirements.

Gather user requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver insights through reports.

Connect Power BI to various data sources and perform data modelling, cleansing, and transformation.

Ensure data accuracy and visual appeal in all reporting solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, business analysts) to enhance reporting frameworks.

Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability.

Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing reports and dashboards.

Leverage ERP system knowledge (if applicable) to integrate relevant data into reporting workflows. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

2-3 years of proven experience with Microsoft Power BI (Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service).

Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and data modelling techniques.

Understanding of SQL concepts for data cleansing and manipulation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and documentation abilities.
