This role is part of a global team which maintains the PowerBI reporting across our business including business reporting, financial, HR, marketing and technology reporting. This role will primarily assist in the ongoing development of PowerBI reports as well as the maintenance and support of existing reporting. We deliver engaging candidate experiences and power rewarding careers, giving talented individuals the freedom to choose and the opportunity to grow.Main Responsibilities:Project-based work to deliver new reporting using PowerBI \xc2\xb7 Proactively analysing our data with a creative mindset to uncover new insights. \xc2\xb7 Updating and maintaining existing reports in PowerBI on a regular basis \xc2\xb7 Participate in user acceptance testing and where applicable train and coach other users on process or best practice \xc2\xb7 Identifying data quality issues and work with various teams to propose solutions to safeguard the accuracy of data \xc2\xb7 Liaise with stakeholders across various business areas on their reporting needs \xc2\xb7 Reconciling of data across reports and source applications to ensure data integrity \xc2\xb7 Monitor and respond to support tickets logged within the groups IT service management tool \xc2\xb7 Participate in the documentation and maintenance aspects of the reporting solutions. \xc2\xb7 Provide support as required to ensure the accessibility, delivery and performance of developed reports and dashboards. \xc2\xb7 Maintain and check change logs. \xc2\xb7 Join and participate in internal/external user groupsQualifications \xc2\xb7 Undergraduate Degree in an IT, Computer Science, Information Science, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics or Business Management discipline.
