Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong experience in

Power BI

and

Python

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of

reporting principles

, data visualization, and analytics, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining insightful dashboards and reports that support business decision-making. This role is strictly involved in the development of the product and does not involve access to Protected Health Information (PHI) & Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or any secured/confidential client data. The work is limited to application development & demo and does not include handling or processing of sensitive health information.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using

Power BI

. Write and optimize

Python scripts

for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms. Automate data workflows and reporting processes using Python and Power BI. Perform data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights. Maintain documentation for reporting processes and data models. Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI reports and dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field. Hands-on experience with

Power BI

(including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling). Proficiency in

Python

for data manipulation and automation (e.g., pandas, numpy, matplotlib). Strong understanding of

reporting fundamentals

, KPIs, and business metrics. Experience working with relational databases and writing SQL queries. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
