We are looking for a highly experienced Power Automate Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of end-to-end workflow automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, PowerApps, and Power BI. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and deliver scalable, secure, and innovative automation frameworks.



Key Responsibilities



Architect and develop complex automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, PowerApps, and Power BI.



Lead the creation and execution of automation strategies to streamline business operations.



Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party APIs.



Develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation frameworks across the enterprise.



Ensure adherence to security, governance, and best practices for Power Platform implementations.



Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.



Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.



Troubleshoot and optimize existing Power Automate flows.



Stay current with new capabilities and trends in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.



Mandatory Skills



Proven experience migrating workflows from UiPath to Power Automate.



Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Automate, PowerApps, and Power BI.



Strong experience in workflow automation and business process improvement.



Integration experience with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and third-party APIs.



Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, AI Builder, and Power Automate Desktop (for RPA scenarios).



Excellent understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and Webhooks.



Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 security, governance, and compliance policies.



Hands-on scripting experience with PowerShell, JavaScript, or Python (nice to have).



Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Certified:

Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or equivalent certifications.



Exposure to AI/ML models within Power Platform.



Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices for automation projects.
