Lead end-to-end delivery of solutions using

Canvas Apps

Model-Driven Apps

, and

Power Pages

. Architect reusable frameworks, connectors, and governance standards for enterprise Power Platform environments. Develop complex business logic using

Power Fx

JavaScript

,

JSON

, and

REST APIs

. Design and implement

Power Automate

workflows to integrate systems such as

SharePoint, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, SAP, and Azure Services

. Establish

CI/CD pipelines

and manage deployment through

Azure DevOps

. Implement

role-based access control

,

Azure AD

authentication, and compliance controls. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional applications. Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices. Monitor system performance and perform tuning, maintenance, and enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline. 8+ years of software-development experience, with at least 4 years on the

Power Platform

. Deep expertise in

Power Apps

,

Power Automate

,

Dataverse

,

Power BI

, and

Azure Logic Apps

. Hands-on experience building

Canvas and Model-Driven Apps

with responsive UX. Strong background in

SQL

,

C#

, or

JavaScript

for custom connector development. Working knowledge of

Microsoft 365

,

Dynamics 365

, and

Azure integration patterns

. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
