Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Power Platform professional with strong expertise in Power Automate Desktop PAD Power Apps and Power Automate Cloud Flows The candidate will be responsible for designing developing and implementing automation solutions that streamline business processes integrate enterprise applications and deliver business value


The role requires deep technical expertise solution architecture capabilities and handson implementation experience with Microsoft Power Platform and RPA technologies




Key Responsibilities


Lead the design development and deployment of automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop PAD Power Automate Cloud Flows and Power Apps


Define and implement automation strategy governance and best practices for large scale enterprise environments


Collaborate with stakeholders business users and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions


Build and optimize attended and unattended bots connectors and integrations with third party and legacy applications


Provide solution architecture guidance and ensure alignment with organizational standards and compliance policies


Mentor junior developers and contribute to capability building within the Power Platform team


Perform process assessments feasibility studies and estimations for new automation opportunities


Troubleshoot maintain and enhance existing Power Platform solutions


Stay updated on Microsoft Power Platform AI Builder Copilot and RPA advancements and recommend adoption where relevant




Required Skills & Experience


8 10 years of IT experience with at least 4 5 years in Power Platform Power Automate Power Apps Power BI Dataverse Power Pages


Strong hands on expertise in Power Automate Desktop PAD including building unattended bots and managing PAD orchestration


Solid understanding of RPA concepts attended unattended automation error handling and exception management


Proven experience with process automation workflow design and enterprise scale deployments


Proficiency in integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 Azure services and third party applications


Strong solution design and architecture skills


Experience with ALM Application Lifecycle Management in Power Platform solutions pipelines environment strategy


Knowledge of governance security and compliance in Power Platform implementations


Familiarity with AI Builder Copilot and advanced automation use cases is a plus


Excellent communication stakeholder management and leadership skills

Microsoft PL500 Power Automate RPA Developer or PL900




Education


Bachelors Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field


Microsoft Power Platform certifications preferred
