Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Busbar Fitter to join our electrical panel manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the fabrication, installation, and alignment of busbars in power and control panels, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate, cut, bend, and drill busbars as per technical drawings and layout plans Install busbars in LT/HT panels including PCC, MCC, AMF, ATS, APFC, and synchronizing panels Ensure proper insulation, spacing, and alignment of busbars to prevent faults or overheating Read and interpret electrical schematics and assembly instructions Collaborate with panel assembly teams to ensure timely and accurate integration Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot fitting issues Maintain a clean and organized work environment Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards (IS/IEC)

Qualifications

ITI/Diploma in Electrical or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in busbar fitting for electrical panels Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring instruments Ability to interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams Knowledge of electrical safety standards and best practices

Skills Required

Precision and attention to detail Strong problem-solving abilities Good communication and teamwork skills Familiarity with industrial electrical environments
