Powder Coating Operator / Technician

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Powder Coating Operator to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying powder coating, and ensuring high-quality finishing of metal parts.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, degreasing, and sandblasting Apply powder coating using spray guns and coating equipment Set up and operate powder coating machines and ovens Monitor curing temperature and coating thickness Inspect finished products for quality, color, and defects Perform touch-ups and rework when required Maintain cleanliness of the coating area and equipment Follow safety rules and wear protective equipment

Job Requirements:

Experience in powder coating or metal finishing preferred Knowledge of powder coating tools, ovens, and materials Ability to work independently and in a team Good attention to detail and quality standards Physically fit to handle metal components Basic understanding of safety procedures
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
