BE or Diploma Mechanical

1. Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high
quality products by ASTM.
2.Provide team utilization for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum
production without line stoppage .
3. Planning production effectively utilizing on available resources and handling the
manpower.
4. Identifying the training needs, preparing training plan, providing necessary training &
instructions in technical area.(PPE,5s,OEE,KAIZEN,DOE,PDCA,JPH,5BP)

5.Arranging the regular inspection and checking of measuring and testing equipment. And
ensuring the safe handling of test items and measuring equipment's.
6. Production related all technical operations that include SOP's, WI,CP, FMEA, and RCA,
control the product non conformists and work on CAPA Etc.,
7. Handling the Hazardous Waste from Powder coating plant, Paint shop & Pre treatment
Process, DM & RO reject water.

8. Exposure in IRON PHOSPHATE and NANO TECHNOLOGY , ZINC PHOSPHATE coating in pre
treatment and POWDER COATING.
9. Maintain the 5S and identify the safe work activities in the entire operation plant.
