Job Purpose

To ensure and supervise the effectiveness, efficiency, safety, and quality of the painting line.

A glimpse of your daily mission

Correctly and efficiently perform the painting process for Painting line to ensure high quality products. Perform quality checking for WIP. Regularly do maintenance procedures for painting equipment. Safety checking to make sure smooth running of production. Keep daily used tools. Provide training to general workers. Keep the production area clean. Individually should handle powder coating entire facility from start to end. Working experience knowledge of powder coating coating test. Knowledge on 7 tank process, preparation, booth rework checks. Knowledge on powder coating thickness color variation control. Knowledge on demineralized water various powder coating chemicals. Should have knowledge of new product trial with different powders ETP operation. Responsible for overall powder coating productivity without compromising quality requirements. Responsible for manpower, shift work assignment and other supervisor activities of powder coating plant. Responsible to maintain powder coating budget within control. Knowledge on lean manufacturing, TPM, QC tools and continual improvement. Closely should work with planners to prepare/ execute production plan and should organize manpower based on production workload. Knowledge on powder coating quality issues and countermeasure Maintain accurate floor stock inventories and expedite raw materials as required to support production needs Ensure that department operations are properly documented per the Haworth Quality System/ISO 9001 requirements Monitor department scrap, rework, and quality performance to minimize wastage and initiate corrective action to resolve quality and productivity issues

Your Qualifications

B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical/Automobile with minimum 5 years of experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in the manufacturing environment, understanding painting process. Strong sense of responsibilities. Smartness in trouble shooting. Good communication skills.
