Job Description

Experience: 3-4 years in powder coating within hardware, fabrication, or automotive sectors

Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Surface Coating, or related field (preferred)

Requirements

- Oversee entire powder coating process including pre-treatment, application, and curing

- Ensure proper maintenance of pre-treatment chemicals and equipment

- Inspect coated parts for defects and implement corrective actions

- Conduct quality checks on coating thickness, adhesion, and surface finish

- Maintain cleanliness of coating booth and equipment

- Keep detailed records of production and quality metrics

- Lead and guide coating team to meet daily targets

- Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance

Skills

- In-depth knowledge of pre-treatment chemicals and coating techniques

- Troubleshooting coating defects and process variations

- Strong team management and communication skills

- Ability to interpret job orders, specifications, and quality standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
