Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in monitoring and supervising powder coating operations on the shop floor. Learn and support the process of pre-treatment, powder application, and oven curing. Understand and ensure adherence to coating quality standards (e.g., finish, thickness). Coordinate with production and quality teams for day-to-day activities. Support in maintaining shift reports, material records, and quality documentation. Ensure adherence to safety and 5S standards on the shop floor. Participate in training sessions to build technical and leadership skills.

Required Skills:

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or surface treatments (preferred). Willingness to learn powder coating techniques and production supervision. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Knowledge of engineering drawings and basic quality checks (preferred).

Experience Required:

Fresher (0-1 year)

Qualification:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
