We are looking for a skilled Powder Coating Operator with strong experience in metal surface preparation and powder coating processes. Candidates with experience in metal doors will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform powder coating on metal products as per quality standards
Prepare surfaces (cleaning, masking, sanding) before coating
Handle coating equipment and ensure proper color/texture application
Inspect finished products and maintain quality
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
Requirements:
3-4 years of experience in powder coating
Experience in metal doors industry preferred
Knowledge of coating materials, curing process, and quality checks
Ability to work efficiently and meet production targets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
