About the Role:
We are hiring a Powder Coating Operator with practical experience in surface finishing and coating processes. The role involves handling coating equipment and ensuring high-quality output in an industrial setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform powder coating on metal and other surfaces as per standards
Carry out surface preparation (cleaning, masking, pre-treatment) before coating
Operate coating equipment, spray guns, and curing ovens safely and efficiently
Inspect finished products for coating thickness, finish, and quality
Maintain records of coating activities and follow QA/QC guidelines
Ensure workplace safety and upkeep of equipment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
