Wash and sanitize all pots, pans, trays, and kitchen equipment. Maintain cleanliness of sinks, dishwashers, and kitchen floors. Assist in general kitchen cleaning (walls, counters, storage areas). Handle waste disposal and recycling properly. Help with receiving and storing deliveries when needed. Keep pot wash area tidy and organized at all times. Follow health and safety regulations for cleaning and hygiene. Assist chefs with basic prep work if required (peeling, carrying, organizing). Skills and Qualifications: No formal qualifications needed (experience preferred but not essential). Ability to work quickly and efficiently. Good physical stamina for lifting, carrying, and standing for long periods. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Team player attitude with a good work ethic. Working Conditions: Fast-paced, hot kitchen environment. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
