, a fast-growing AI and technology venture serving enterprise and consumer clients across India, UAE, and the US. As we scale our product and onboard new clients, we need a proactive Post-Sales Executive to ensure smooth client onboarding, delivery coordination, and long-term satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client onboarding and activation post-sale, ensuring smooth handoff from sales to delivery
Coordinate with internal teams (product, tech, support) to ensure timely implementation and issue resolution
Track delivery milestones, SLAs, and client KPIs to ensure operational excellence
Maintain client documentation, SOPs, and feedback logs for transparency and continuous improvement
Liaise with clients to gather feedback, resolve queries, and drive satisfaction across onboarding and usage
Monitor usage metrics and adoption trends to flag risks and identify upsell opportunities
Support training and enablement of clients on platform features and workflows
Collaborate with finance and legal teams for invoicing, compliance, and contract adherence
Drive continuous improvement in post-sales processes through automation and feedback loops
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
2-5 years of experience in post-sales, customer success, or delivery coordination (preferably in SaaS or tech startups)
Strong communication and client-handling skills across India/UAE contexts
Experience with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and operational dashboards
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and process adherence mindset
Comfortable working cross-functionally and wearing multiple hats
(Desirable) Experience in enterprise onboarding, SaaS delivery, or B2B client operations
