We're looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused
Post-Sales / CRM Executive
to manage the customer journey after booking. You'll handle all post-booking processes - from documentation and collections to bank and legal coordination - ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for every homebuyer. This role bridges clients, banks, developers, and internal teams to drive timely execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the single point of contact for clients post-booking until registration or handover.
Coordinate execution of Sale Agreements, Sale Deeds, Disbursement Documents and other legal documents.
Guide clients on home loan options, explaining partner banks, rates, and eligibility.
Liaise with banks to facilitate loan approval, documentation, and disbursement.
Send proactive payment reminders and follow up on collections with accuracy.
Coordinate with developers, legal, and finance teams for smooth execution.
Track timelines from booking to agreement and agreement to disbursement.
Maintain CRM data and prepare regular reports on collections and documentation status.
Flag potential delays or discrepancies early and drive timely resolution.
Assist clients with legal and documentation-related queries.
Requirements:
1 - 5 years of experience in real estate post-sales / CRM / documentation / banking.
Strong understanding of agreements, registration, and home loan products and processes.
Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and documentation management with a high attention to detail.
Client-first attitude with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
Proficiency in both English and Kannada is preferred.
