Vodafone India Service Private Limited (VISPL) is a Shared Services Centre, fully owned, operated, and controlled by Vodafone Group PLC largest and one of the most geographically diverse telecommunication companies.

We provide a complete suite of Technology, Finance, and BPO sourcing solutions with a relentless focus on providing the best-in-class services to Vodafone Operating Companies, spread across the world, out of our Shared Services Centres located in Pune & Ahmadabad.

VISPL provides application operation services to Vodafone Ireland. The services are provided fully integrated in Vodafone Ireland\'s IT service management processes and IT Operations teams.

Technical knowledge at senior level needed:

• Strong knowledge of Unix,Shell scripting, Oracle SQL , PL/SQL.
• Good in Unix Shell scripting & Telecom/Finance/Payment Domain knowledge with experience with 3 to 7 years.
• Knowledge of SingleView/Interconnect Billing System/Comptel Event Link will be an added advantage.
• Team member for supporting one or more application in Telecom domain , prepaid & postpaid both ( completely Individual Contributor role).
• knowledge of the flows and problems of complex payment systems
• Interfacing with multiple teams i.e. L3 Support / Development / Deployment
• ITIL Knowledge , Incident management, Change management, Escalation & Resolution
• Ready to support 24*7 application system.

Skills

• Eligible for team work in an international team with clear communication skills
• Excellent ITIL, SOX and KPI knowledge
• Experienced in application operations and telecommunications
• To come up with ideas for a later optimal operation
• Result oriented way of working and problem tracking skills
• Project experience and know how:
• Conceptual infrastructure / architecture planning knowledge
• Access Management
• Release strategy and release management
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
