Experience: Postgres SQL and SQL 4+ Years

We are looking for an experienced PostgreSQL DBA to join our team on an immediate basis. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in PostgreSQL database administration, performance tuning, and database architecture, along with solid Linux/Unix knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain PostgreSQL databases Perform database monitoring, performance tuning, and optimization Manage database backups, recovery, and replication Ensure high availability and data integrity of PostgreSQL databases Troubleshoot database issues and perform root cause analysis Work closely with application and infrastructure teams Handle database security, user access, and permissions Maintain documentation related to database architecture and processes
Required Skills:

Strong experience in PostgreSQL (DBA role) Good knowledge of SQL and query optimization Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix environments Experience with scripting (Shell, Bash, or similar) Solid understanding of database architecture and design concepts Experience in backup, restore, replication, and performance tuning
Preferred Qualifications:

4+ years of relevant experience as a PostgreSQL DBA Ability to join immediately Good problem-solving and communication skills

Pay: ?900,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
