Job Description

Responsible for administration of Postgres databases with secondary skills in administration of

DB2, Oracle, MS-SQL, Clickhouse, Neo4J.

Skill Requirements:

? 4+ years of experience in Postgres database administration

? DB design (Architecture design principles, modelling, partitioning, setting standards and

normalisation), installation, managing schemas, performance tuning, parameter tuning,

storage management, DB maintenance, patching, upgrade, back-up & recovery, High

availability, replication and capacity planning.

? Coding Stored procedures

? Working with Linux OS including shell scripting.

? Strong experience in AWS and Azure environment.

? Experience with an organisation with reliance on 24x7 database services.

? Must be an initiative-taker & analytical person with good communication and

interpersonal skills.

Key competencies

? Postgres database administration

? Skills on other database technologies like DB2, Oracle, MS-SQL, Clickhouse

? Cloud services - AWS and Azure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?900,000.00 per year
