The candidates are expected to be highly motivated with a strong research background in areas related to Total Quality Management, Lean Six Sigma 4.0 & 5.0, Industry 5.0 and Quality 4.0 & 5.0 Applicants must demonstrate:



A deep understanding of core concepts in Lean Six Sigma and Quality Management



Expertise in literature review, qualitative & quantitative research methods, and case studies



Strong academic credentials with publications in reputed journals



Commitment to actively publishing in Tier 1 /Quartile 1 (Scopus/ABDC/ABS-ranked) journals, aiming for at least four high-quality publications annually
