As a Post-Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team, ensuring smooth execution of post-sales processes, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and financial requirements. You will act as the bridge between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders like banks and government authorities. This role demands hands-on experience in property registration, GST calculations, RERA compliance, and loan processing. Strong record-keeping, ERP/CRM usage, and client communication skills are essential to succeed in this position.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 4-5 post-sales professionals, including experienced staff, ensuring efficient workflow and accountability.
  • Oversee end-to-end post-sales processes, from sales closure to possession.
  • Manage stamp duty payments, property registrations, and other legal formalities independently.
  • Calculate GST and RERA-mandated RR values for units at regular intervals.
  • Coordinate with banks to obtain APF, sanction letters, and facilitate smooth loan processing.
  • Maintain accurate filing, documentation, and record-keeping for all post-sales activities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, both face-to-face and via phone or email, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Draft and send mass communications, including emails and messages, for customer updates and notifications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely resolution of post-sales issues.
  • Utilize ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM) to track, manage, and report on post-sales activities.
  • Leverage advanced Excel skills for reporting, tracking, and analysis of post-sales data.

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in post-sales operations within the real estate sector.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams with experienced professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of legal compliance, stamp duty, property registration, GST, and RERA regulations.
  • Experience coordinating with banks for loan processing and financial approvals.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems such as Salesforce CRM and strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and ensure process efficiency.
  • Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping, documentation, and organizational skills.
