Designation: Post Sales Manager (Real Estate)
Location: Pimple Nilakh, Pune
Role Summary:
The Post Sales Manager will handle all activities after booking, ensuring a smooth customer experience from documentation to possession. The role focuses on customer coordination, payments, compliance, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage post-booking customer relationships and lead the post-sales team
Handle documentation including agreements, registrations, and loan disbursements
Coordinate with accounts for payment tracking and collections
Work closely with sales, legal, and project teams for timely customer updates
Resolve customer queries and ensure high satisfaction levels
Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and MIS reports
Ensure RERA compliance and company policy adherence
Plan and manage possession and handover processes
Experience & Skills Required:
4-8 years of post-sales or CRM experience in real estate
Strong knowledge of real estate documentation and registration processes
Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM systems
